- Role: POS Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire SME merchants to onboard POS and card payment solutions.
- Promote and sell merchant acquiring products, including POS terminals and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and businesses to generate new leads.
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including documentation and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Monitor merchant transaction activity and support activation of POS terminals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and merchant acquisition goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, technical support, and issue resolution.
- Provide merchants with training and guidance on using POS systems and payment services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Hands on experience in POS sales, merchant acquiring, SME banking, or payment solutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of merchant acquiring, card payments, and POS solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, field sales environment.
