Job Description

We're looking for a Retail Pro POS Support Expert to:

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of Retail Pro POS systems.
  • Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration across retail locations.
  • Train end-users and collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance system functionality.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Retail Pro POS implementation and support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.

Preferred:

  • Retail Pro certification (or similar POS systems).
  • Experience with hardware components and system integrations.
