We're looking for a Retail Pro POS Support Expert to:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of Retail Pro POS systems.
- Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues.
- Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration across retail locations.
- Train end-users and collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance system functionality.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Retail Pro POS implementation and support.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Preferred:
- Retail Pro certification (or similar POS systems).
- Experience with hardware components and system integrations.
