Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Poultry Vaccines Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolio
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches
- Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement)
- Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.)
- Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry
- Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
- Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives
