You will deliver the reporting layer that gives business leaders visibility into telecom network health, subscriber behaviour, and fintech financial performance enabling data-driven decisions at every level of the organisation.
ROLE MISSION
Deliver enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and semantic models in Fabric.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards for telecom operations (network KPIs, subscriber analytics, ARPU, churn rate, NPS) and fintech management (revenue, transaction volumes, fraud rates, agent performance)
- Develop semantic models on Microsoft Fabric that serve as the single source of truth for business metrics
- Work with business stakeholders across telecom and fintech divisions to translate requirements into actionable visual analytics
- Implement row-level security to control access to sensitive customer and financial data
- Optimise report performance for large-scale telecom and transaction datasets
Must-have Skills
- Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power Query)
- DAX (advanced measures and calculations)
- Data modelling (dimensional, star schema)
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Microsoft Fabric semantic model experience
- Experience building dashboards for telecom or financial services
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
- Power BI REST API and deployment pipeline knowledge
