Job Summary:
We are hiring a hybrid Power Platform Developer and Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and handover of scalable low-code business applications. You will develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate, and Dataverse, while also defining the solution architecture, enforcing governance, and ensuring technical delivery meets business needs. This role requires strong hands-on development skills and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Outcomes:
- Delivery of production-grade Canvas apps with >90% UAT pass rate.
- Package all applications as Solutions with fully documented entities, flows, and roles.
- Implement and maintain Dev UAT Prod release pipelines using environment variables and source control.
- Ensure 100% compliance with platform governance rules (DLP, Managed Environments, etc.).
- Create user guides, runbooks, and technical documentation to enable full handover and reuse.
Core Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery
- Design and build responsive, maintainable Canvas apps with Power Fx, forms, galleries, and integrations.
- Use Dataverse or SharePoint/Lists as secure, scalable data sources with correct role-based access control.
- Automate processes using Power Automate with logging and exception handling.
- Integrate with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and REST APIs.
Architecture & Governance
- Define scalable data models and architecture patterns for customer solutions.
- Package features as Solutions with environment variables and connection references.
- Set up ALM pipelines using Git/Azure DevOps (or similar) for CI/CD and version control.
- Enforce Power Platform governance standards and escalate breaches with risk analysis.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Run workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into app designs.
- Maintain structured documentation: entity models, flows, permissions, and deployment instructions.
- Train business users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and knowledge transfer.
Internal & External Interactions
Internal interactions:
Automation & AI delivery team, Project Managers, Commercial team, Governance leads
External interactions:
Client product owners and stakeholders, Microsoft partner ecosystem, integration/API vendors

Required
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Solution Architect Expert
Desirable
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Developer Associate
Experience
Required
- 35+ years hands-on development experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Prior experience leading solution design and architecture decisions
- Experience working directly with business users and managing end-to-end delivery
Desirable
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for Power Platform
- Integration with Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, or external APIs
- Experience in managed environments and CoE toolkit basics
Skills

- Deep Power Fx knowledge and connector experience (JSON, REST, OAuth)
- Strong data modeling and RBAC design in Dataverse or SharePoint
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- UI/UX sensibility for accessible, responsive design

- Experience with Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, or PCF components
- Understanding of licensing, DLP policies, and capacity planning
