Role Description

We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer with a minimum of overall development experience of 10 years with a minimum of 5 years of Power Platform and SharePoint Online experience, and a strong background in the application lifecycle of the Power Platform along with experience in application and API development using C# & .NET Framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online environment, PowerApps application development, Power Automate, Web Apps and API development, and the ability to manage the complete full application lifecycle. The backend development will be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps applications for various business needs

Create custom solutions using Power Platform, particularly in SharePoint Online.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

Ability to document business requirements and prepare the technical and design documents.

Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes.

Manage the full application lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Optimize and enhance existing PowerApps and Power Automate solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PowerApps applications and Power Automate flows.

Enhance, maintain and manage the existing .NET based web applications and API's

Ability to enhance, manage and maintain the existing backend code in Oracle PLSQL

Lead the project from the beginning till the completion

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Software engineering or equivalent.
• Certificates in Power Platform will be a plus.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience Application development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform & SharePoint Online development.

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in PowerApps application development & in designing and managing the complete application lifecycle of Power Platform solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate design and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, custom views, Custom forms and user permissions, client-side scripting.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of the Ellucian Banner, Blackboard, Salesforce CRM will be a big plus.

Job-Specific Skills:

• High level proficiency in System development life cycle
• Experience in Systems Architecture and Integrations using REST and SOAP API's
• Information security knowledge and experience, including understanding of the information security principals, policies and standards.
• Highly skilled PowerApps Developer with experience in SharePoint Online, JSON, API integration, and Power BI (a plus), along with a strong background in the Power Platform.
• Good hands-on experience on developing Web application and Web API using ASP .NET, C# and .NET Core Framework.
• Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, & Bootstrap.
• Strong experience in Workflow based application development.
• Experience with relational database management systems (Preferred is Oracle)
• Backend development using Oracle PLSQL will be a big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
