We're currently working with a dynamic, multinational consumer goods organisation with a strong global footprint, delivering iconic products at scale while driving innovation, sustainability, and high-impact growth across diverse international markets.
They are looking for 7 Power BI Developers to join the team and play a key role in the strategy, design, and development of business intelligence reporting, delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business intelligence initiatives, overseeing everything from initial requirements and solution design through development, validation, and rollout.
- Build and optimise sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Aggregate and harmonise data from multiple systems, maintaining strong standards for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Partner closely with business leaders, data engineering teams, and IT groups to deliver analytics solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop advanced data models and calculations using DAX to support in-depth analysis and reporting needs.
- Proactively monitor BI platforms to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and system availability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting reports, dashboards, or data refresh processes.
- Support team growth by mentoring junior BI developers and analysts, offering technical guidance and hands-on training.
About you
- Strong background in data analytics or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- 3 years expertise in BI tools, data modelling, and advanced analytics using DAX and SQL.
- Ability to design clear, reliable visual insights from complex datasets and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Practical experience with large data analytics languages like SQL/TSQL/MSQL
The working language is English - this is an essential requirement for this role.
