Position Objective
To support the delivery team by preparing professionally designed, high-impact corporate presentations. The role focuses on transforming complex content into clear, concise, and visually compelling slide decks, acting as a graphic storyteller to enhance communication and support key business decisions.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing, high-quality corporate slide decks for internal and external use.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging visual narratives using charts, graphs, and graphics.
- Distil key messages into impactful storytelling suitable for high-stakes presentations.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to convert written content into effective visual presentations.
- Attend meetings to understand business needs and propose creative graphic solutions.
- Support critical presentations by aligning design with business objectives.
- Engage with users to understand requirements, review available data, and gather additional inputs.
- Structure and organize content into logical, easy-to-understand presentation flows.
- Develop and maintain a library of templates, assets, and best practices.
- Create original graphic content, including diagrams, infographics, icons, and visual frameworks.
- Apply innovative design approaches to enhance clarity and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and visual standards.
- Introduce new presentation techniques, tools, and visual storytelling methods.
- Contribute to the development of a dynamic and innovative consulting practice.
- Continuously improve templates, design standards, and delivery quality.
- Review and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain consistency across all presentation materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar environments, with a strong focus on developing PowerPoint presentations and corporate decks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features such as animations, transitions, charts, and diagrams.
- Experience using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing tools is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling visual stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual design principles.
