About the Rol

eYou will lead the accounts payable function by applying accepted accounting principles to analyse financial data, ensuring ZATCA and SOCPA compliance, and maintaining rigorous accounting controls. Your role is critical for safeguarding company cash flow, managing vendor relationships, and providing essential support for VAT filings and audit requirements as per Unipart policies & procedures

As part of your key responsibilities you'l

• l:Oversee all operational accounting entries for payables and bank transactions in SAP, ensuring all entries are properly authorized, documented, and classified as per Saudi and company standard
• s.Prepare and verify daily cash and bank vouchers while monitoring daily liquidity, receipts, and deposits across all Unipart Saudi bank account
• s.Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) lifecycle, including 3-way matching and vendor statement reconciliations, to ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain the company's reputatio
• n.Verify all supplier invoices for ZATCA compliance (QR codes/e-invoicing) and support the Finance Manager in the accurate preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly VAT return
• s.Review and prepare error-free monthly payroll reports and accruals to ensure timely submission to the payroll section and accurate GL postin
• g.Provide detailed AP and expense analysis to the Finance Manager to facilitate decision-making during budgetary meetings and help consolidate annual expense plan
