We are a fast-growing online forex broker looking for a PPC Specialist to take full ownership of our Google Ads performance. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive high-quality leads and funded trading accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to meet CPL, CAC, and ROAS targets
- Conduct keyword research and continuously improve traffic quality
- Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Manage tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Collaborate with teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels
- Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (preferably in forex, trading, or crypto)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and hit performance targets
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Good written English for ad copy and reporting
