Job Summary
The PR & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing the company's public image, brand communication, and marketing activities. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, maintaining strong media relations, and supporting commercial growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's public image and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness.
- Oversee social media presence and marketing content creation.
- Prepare press releases, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams on marketing initiatives.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications roles, preferably within FMCG, agriculture, or trading companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of PR practices, brand management, and marketing strategy.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media management and marketing tools is an advantage.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to represent the company professionally with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
