Role Overview
The Multi-Cloud Practice Leader will lead the strategy, establishment, and operationalization of the Multi-Cloud Practice across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
The role is responsible for delivering all activities defined in the engagement work packages including practice strategy, operating model, partnerships, capability development, go-to-market execution, and transition to ADC ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Work Package 1 Strategy & Market Alignment
Define the 3-year Multi-Cloud Practice strategy, roadmap, and financial business case.
Conduct market assessment, competitor benchmarking, and target industry identification.
Define Multi-Cloud service portfolio including advisory, migration, modernization, platform engineering, and managed services.
Perform capability maturity assessment and gap analysis.
Work Package 2 Operating Model & Partnerships
Establish Multi-Cloud Practice operating model, organizational structure, and governance framework.
Define roles, competency frameworks, and RACI governance model.
Define strategic partnerships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
Develop CSP partnership tier strategy and alliance model.
Work Package 3 Capability Build & Asset Development
Define service catalog, delivery methodology, and QA framework for multi-cloud services.
Establish cloud consulting, migration, and managed services operating models.
Develop proposal templates, reusable accelerators, and pricing frameworks.
Define hiring plan, certification roadmap, and enablement programs.
Work Package 4 Go-To-Market & Pilot Execution
Define Multi-Cloud GTM strategy and sales enablement toolkit.
Support pre-sales engagements, solution positioning, and deal governance.
Oversee pilot client engagements and initial project delivery.
Capture lessons learned and refine delivery frameworks.
Work Package 5 Transition & Cutover
Lead transition of practice capabilities, frameworks, and documentation to ADC teams.
Ensure knowledge transfer, leadership readiness, and operational handover.
Support final engagement closure and formal practice cutover.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.
Experience building cloud consulting or cloud managed services practices.
Knowledge of cloud transformation, migration, hybrid cloud, platform engineering, and FinOps.
Experience defining practice strategy, GTM models, and partnership ecosystems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1215+ years of IT experience with leadership roles in cloud consulting.
Proven experience building enterprise cloud practices or service lines.

Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Google Professional Cloud Architect
FinOps Certified Practitioner
