DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess project scope, goals, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Oversee cost estimation, bid preparation, and proposal submissions.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project accuracy.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to plan construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and industry practices.
- Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans to mitigate delays or issues.
- Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and cost projections to stakeholders.
