- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 35 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role within a trading or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of LV panels, control gear, power distribution systems, and electrical components
- Familiarity with ATEX-certified explosion-proof products and international standards such as IECEx, IEC 60079, IEC 61439 is a strong advantage
- Experience supporting electric vehicle charging systems (AC/DC), wiring schemes, and load distribution
- Capable of preparing technical submittals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and single-line diagrams
- Ability to assist in product selection, sizing, and custom configurations based on project requirements
- Works closely with sales team to provide technical clarifications to consultants, contractors, and end-users
- Knowledge of authority approval requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SASO, SEC) is preferred
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, data sheets, and product manuals
- Comfortable conducting product presentations, demos, and site visits with clients
- Excellent communication, client coordination, and documentation skills
- Previous experience with Italian or European electrical brands (e.g., SCAME, Legrand, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage
