Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Possesses expert-level technical knowledge of products, services, and solutions to assist the sales team in customer engagements.
- Collaborate with corporate & B2B clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, identifying how Apple solutions can address their needs effectively.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate the value of Apple solutions to prospective customers.
- Design and propose customized solutions leveraging Apple technology, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing their potential.
- Equip the sales team with relevant technical information, tools, and documentation to assist in the sales process and convert leads to customers.
- Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and craft detailed proposals that clearly communicate technical capabilities and business benefits.
- Institute training sessions for the sales team on new product features and market strategies to enhance their selling skills.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective End clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
