Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, focusing on power, cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, and data center solutions.
Collaborate with customers and business partners to design and document customized cooling and power solutions that meet customer requirements.
Develop technical documents, including drawings, system layouts, parts lists (BOMs), and installation guidelines for power, cooling and electrical systems.
Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations for tenders, RFPs, and customer meetings
Ensure all solutions comply with relevant international standards, particularly in cooling and power distribution.
Conduct site visits to collect relevant information required for preparing proposals.
