Job Description

The Presales Engineer works closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will analyze client requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations to help win new business opportunities.

You'll act as the bridge between technical and sales teams, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer needs and company capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales to understand client requirements

Design and configure tailored technical solutions

Prepare technical proposals, SOW, and cost estimates

Deliver product demos, POCs, and presentations

Support RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions

Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams

Build strong client relationships and provide post-sales technical guidance

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related field)

Experience:

35 years in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Sales

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge (Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or related field)

Excellent presentation & communication skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into business value

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
