Presales Engineer, Microsoft Cloud

Job Overview

As a Microsoft CSP Presales/Cloud Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting customers in their adoption of Microsoft cloud solutions. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring successful pre-sales engagements.

This pivotal role involves empowering partners to build scalable Cloud practices, conducting technical workshops, collaborating on projects, and serving as a trusted advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Measuring partners receiving technical guidance and support.
• Regularly surveying partners to assess satisfaction with support.
• Tracking attendance and engagement in training sessions.
• Counting partner solutions designed, implemented, and deployed.
• Measuring the adoption rate of Microsoft Cloud services.
• Tracking successful Proof of Concepts leading to deployment.
• Supporting sales deals through technical enablement.
• Tracking revenue from partner-led sales of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Measuring growth in sales revenue from partners.
• Tracking certifications obtained by the architect.
• Assessing frequency and quality of technical knowledge sharing.
• Encouraging participation in continuous learning and professional development.
• Measuring effectiveness and frequency of collaboration with peers.
• Collecting stakeholder feedback on collaboration and support.
• Tracking development and implementation of innovative solutions with partners.
• Contributing to improving processes and methodologies within presales and cloud solution architecture.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for technology with at least at least 5 plus year of relevant experience.
• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, and Identity, Business Applications, and Data and AI certifications and experience.
