Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Presales Specialist. The Presales Specialist will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, propose tailored solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting the sales team with detailed presentations, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and offered solutions. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with customers and helping them make informed decisions about NAFFCO's solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Consulting and Presales techniques to support the sales process and tailor solutions as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge in life safety systems, fire protection, or related fields is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar Presales or customer-oriented role is beneficial
