Job Description

We're looking for a Presales Executive who sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology. This role is all about translating client needs into smart, structured solutions and helping close deals that make sense commercially and technically.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to shape proposals, demos, and solution designs that win business across Jordan, Egypt, and the wider region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the presales cycle from opportunity qualification to proposal submission
  • Understand client pain points and translate them into tailored loyalty and engagement solutions
  • Prepare commercial & technical proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
  • Lead or support client demos, walkthroughs, and solution workshops
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, Tech, and Operations
  • Support pricing models, scope definitions, timelines, and assumptions
  • Maintain proposal templates, case studies, and presales documentation
  • Contribute insights from the field to improve Loynova's product offering

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Business Analysis, or Technical Sales
  • Experience in loyalty, payments, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms is a strong plus
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple, business-friendly language
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Nice to Have

  • Experience responding to RFPs / RFIs
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, POS, payment flows, or loyalty engines
  • Regional experience across MENA markets
