Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled and motivated AV presales Engineers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Audio-Visual systems. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments, accurately translating client requirements into tailored AV,CCTV and IT solutions.
- Identify, select, and integrate appropriate audio-visual equipment, control systems, and other relevant components to meet specific project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop detailed and persuasive proposals.
- Effectively communicate technical details and the unique value propositions of proposed AV solutions to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of proposed solutions as needed.
- Deliver impactful presentations, responding to client inquiries with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Develop and maintain precise technical documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and proposals.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to established quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
- Document all client communications through formal channels, such as email or signed documentation.
- Manage each client relationship with equal priority, regardless of project size or sales team involvement.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar AV Presales Engineer role.
- Brand Knowledge: Proficient understanding of leading audio-visual brands and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities to convey technical information effectively.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent qualification.
