Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manage the aftersales Pricing for all aftersales activities and products Labor, parts, TGMO, tires, batteries, consumables and accessorize with the responsibility of identifying and implementing Pricing methodologies in order to create a significant margin increase in addition to Managing a central source for parts related market intelligence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of sales channel strategies with sales strategy and category manager KPIs
  • Establish and oversee sales discounts/channel margins in accordance with pricing strategy
  • Create and implement advanced analytics and smart solutions for pricing optimization
  • Implement and oversee a comprehensive automotive group-wide pricing strategy
  • Adjust pricing for parts groups based on competitive factors
  • Analyze and interpret sales performance data to support parts sales operations
  • Manage systems and processes to enhance revenue, margin, and stock health
  • Gather data and collaborate with the Marketing Team for competitor analysis
  • Update detailed industry, competitor, and customer models with marketing team
  • Aggregate competition data and market trends to influence parts pricing decisions
  • Support in-depth analysis of key industry trends and provide advanced sales analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Lead and direct the formulation of pricing strategy to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in pricing matters
  • Regularly maintain and update a pricing history database
  • Conduct financial evaluations to assess the effectiveness of pricing actions
  • Define new business procedures and drive the implementation of pricing actions
  • Manage overall pricing procedures to improve efficiencies and respond promptly to market conditions
  • Supervise pricing analysts in generating new prices and resolving discrepancies
  • Develop and implement new pricing techniques, technologies, and processes to increase revenue and customer loyalty

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred) with demonstrated experience in any of the following (Business Administration, Economics, Pricing, Procurement and Supplies Management)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a multinational environment
  • Distributor and OEM experience is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of hands-on work experience using analytical tools
  • Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially around translating technical knowledge into forms that can be digested by leadership and non-technical project teams
  • Leadership, action and consensus driven
  • Effective Communicator and Coach
