The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons following the English National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning to ensure excellent pupil progress.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitor and track pupil achievement, providing effective feedback and support.
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and academic achievement.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent) with QTS or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for primary education and helping children reach their full potential.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous professional development.
