At WSP, we are driven by a passion to design and deliver sustainable, futureready solutions. Our Building Services team in Dubai is expanding, and we are seeking experienced professionals at the Principal / Associate level (12+ years) to lead mechanical design projects across the UAE

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for complex projects.
- Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams to provide integrated building services solutions.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in building services design, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM tools.
- Chartered Engineer status (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East Region
