About the Job:
New Metrics is seeking a Principal to establish, lead, and scale the NM Innovation Lab a strategic, client-facing capability focused on solving complex business challenges through co-creation, design thinking, advisory, and technology-enabled transformation.
The Innovation Lab will operate as a hybrid and mobile model, leveraging a physical NM space, virtual formats, and on-site client engagements across the GCC. The role sits at the intersection of consulting leadership, innovation, and execution, working closely with NM client leadership teams to shape client agendas, lead large transformation programs, and grow long-term client relationships across both public and private sector clients.
