This is a principal-level role - you own the product vision and roadmap across a complex portfolio, and you're accountable for delivery, not just strategy.

You'll be working across government partners, technology teams, UX, and commercial stakeholders simultaneously. You'll need to translate regulatory and operational requirements into things that can actually be built, and then make sure they get built well. You're the escalation point. You set the bar for how the product organisation works.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to refine a mature product. It's for someone who can lead through ambiguity and make the right calls under pressure.

• 7+ years in product, with a track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments - government, enterprise, or regulated industries a strong plus
• Equally comfortable in a vision conversation and a sprint review - you can do both well
• Data-driven by instinct: you use analytics, user research, and testing to drive decisions, not opinions
• Solid understanding of UX principles and how to collaborate effectively with design
• Familiar with agile delivery and how to make it work in practice, not just in theory
• Strong communicator - you can align a government partner and a developer in the same week
• High ownership mentality - you set the standard and hold others to it
