What the job involves
- Independently lead transactions and to be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents
- Manage the team involved in conducting the due diligence
- Be willing to be exposed to investments in a variety of geographic jurisdictions
- Travel to project site as part of the investment evaluation process
Who we are looking for
- Significant experience in M&A and renewable energy investing
- Good investment track record
- Experience of leading all aspects of the deal process
- Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite
