Develop structural design for mega projects included all applications for concrete and steel building.
Develop safe, efficient designs and perform advanced structural analysis, including load calculations, stress assessments, dynamic (e.g., seismic, wind) analysis, and material suitability (concrete, steel, PT, etc.).
Produce comprehensive structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports to support design decisions and documentation.
Oversee the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design of structural systems, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and efficient solutions.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated and buildable structural solutions.
Serve as lead structural technical contact, communicating complex technical information clearly to clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Approve and guide the preparation of BIM models, CAD drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations in alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
Ensure that all structural designs comply with local codes, international standards, sustainability goals, and best practices.
Experience with value engineering and optimizing structural outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering
Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in structural design, including concept, detailed design and construction documentation.
Proven experience in leading large-scale from inception to completion
Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE and SAP
Strong project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Proven capacity to handle client communications, presentations, and negotiations effectively
