Overview:
The Principal System Integration Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, ERP platforms such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as digital transformation and consulting domains. The role supports large-scale opportunities by translating business requirements into competitive solution designs, pricing models, and commercially viable proposals aligned with market standards in Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end, scalable solution architectures across IT, Infrastructure, ERP, consulting, and digital transformation domains.
- Translate client business requirements into robust, cost-effective, and competitive solution designs.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints, including technical architecture, integration approaches, and delivery models.
- Define and validate pricing models, ensuring alignment with market standards, cost structures, and profitability targets.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and positioning to strengthen solution competitiveness.
- Collaborate with presales, sales, delivery, and finance teams to build commercially viable proposals.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses by providing solution architecture, effort estimation, and pricing inputs.
- Ensure solutions comply with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks in KSA.
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and presentations to articulate solution value and differentiation.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies within proposed solutions and define mitigation strategies.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to enhance solution offerings.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in solution architecture, presales, or consulting roles within IT and digital transformation domains.
- Experience in designing and pricing complex solutions for large-scale opportunities, preferably in the public sector in KSA.
- Experience supporting RFP responses, including solutioning, effort estimation, and pricing.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), system integration and enterprise architecture, and digital transformation and smart government initiatives.
