EgyGraph is hiring a Printing Production Manager to manage and supervise daily printing production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The role combines production management with a training-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily printing production operations and workflow planning.
- Supervise pre-press, printing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with trainers, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Monitor machine usage, materials, and production costs.
- Apply quality control and continuous improvement processes.
- Explore and deal with new vendors.
- Support trainees by linking training activities with real production work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts (Printing, Publishing & Packaging) or related field.
- 13 years of experience in printing production management.
- Good knowledge of printing workflows, materials, and machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply.
