We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the region, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This is a client-facing role requiring a deep understanding of international wealth management and a strong network within the UAE and broader GCC region.

Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of private clients based in the UAE and wider Middle East.
- Deliver bespoke financial advice across banking, investments, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and attending relevant industry events in the region.
- Conduct regular client reviews and lending renewals, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance.
- Travel within the region as required to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in private banking or wealth management, ideally within the UAE or GCC markets.
- Strong understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning strategies.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice.
- Familiarity with international and regional regulatory frameworks, including DFSA or ADGM regulations.
- Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

- Relevant RDR-compliant investment qualification (Level 6).
