JOB PURPOSE :
A relationship manager support with private account holders to identify banking needs, and achieve target according to the approved plans. Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer, Balances growth, resolving problems, and use customers information in order to support the costumer by providing the products cross selling.
Responsibilities :
- Creating an account for a new private and affluent customer and to identify banking needs.
- Balances growth for Branch.
- Keeping of balances of existing customers.
- Solve any problem or complement the customer may face with the bank.
- Attracting new customers.
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Prepare monthly departmental reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented through the month.
- Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.
- Adherence to all regulations and control functions within the bank in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance, fraud detecting and combating matters are carried out.
