Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong portfolio of secondary market listings
Manage the full sales cycle from valuation and listing to negotiation and closing
Provide strategic market analysis and tailored investment advice to clients
Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships
Represent the brand at networking events and within high-net-worth circles
Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience
Requirements
Minimum 23 years experience in Dubai's Secondary Real Estate Market
Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage premium clientele
In-depth knowledge of Dubai's communities
Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
UAE driving license
