About the Role

As a Private Client Advisor, you will be the trusted real estate consultant for high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through exclusive property investments, sales, and rentals. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties by providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Actively build and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring regular follow up and nurturing of leads.
  • Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to clients, highlighting key features, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Guide clients through the negotiation and sales process, presenting offers, and facilitating counteroffers to secure favourable agreements.
  • Collaborate with property owners, developers, and landlords to list and market properties effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, agreements, and related documents accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote company services.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and changes in property laws to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury real estate, property consulting, or a related high-net-worth client-facing role.
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain one (mandatory for practicing in Dubai).

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value property transactions.
  • Strong network of UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients and investors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market, property laws, and investment trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
  • Multilingual skills (English is required; Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Professional, presentable, and able to build trust with high-profile clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored investment solutions.
