Role Purpose
To represent Aylesford Middle East in Dubai's competitive property market by delivering exceptional client service, achieving consistent sales results, and upholding the company's long-standing reputation for trust, integrity, and professionalism. The Private Client Property Advisor will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on off-plan - luxury and high-value properties.
Responsibilities
- Actively source, prospect, and convert new clients and opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process - from discovery call to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's property market, trends, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Aylesford Middle East at networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Contribute positively to the office environment and support team objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate sales (Dubai or international).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent spoken and written English or native-level fluency preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
