About the Role
We're looking for passionate, talented, and results-driven Private Client Property Advisors to represent Aylesford Middle East in Dubai's competitive property market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focused on luxury off-plan and high-value properties, while delivering top-tier client service and upholding our standards of trust and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Manage and advise private clients on premium property investments
* Provide market insights, property options, and strategic recommendations
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Handle negotiations, viewings, and end-to-end deal management
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Key Attributes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in real estate or luxury client services (preferred)
* Professional, driven, and relationship-focused
* Ability to understand and anticipate client needs
* A proactive mindset and commitment to excellence
Qualifications
* Strong sales skills and deal-closing ability
* Ambitious, motivated, and growth-oriented
* 12 years real estate sales experience
* Solid understanding of Dubai's evolving property market
* RERA certified or willing to obtain
* Excellent English communication
