We are working with a well-capitalised, highly active investment platform based in the GCC, focused on deploying long-term capital across private equity, growth investments, and strategic opportunities across the region and internationally.

The platform operates with a flexible investment mandate, backing mid-market businesses and partnering closely with management teams to drive value creation. With a strong pipeline of transactions across sectors, they are looking to add a high-calibre Associate to their investment team.

The Role

As an Associate, you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end deal execution (origination → closing → portfolio management)
• Build and review complex financial models and valuation analysis
• Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and IC materials
• Engage with portfolio companies and management teams to drive performance
• Monitor existing investments and support value creation initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years experience within Private Equity (buy-side essential)
• Proven track record of transaction execution
• Prior exposure to the GCC market
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Experience across one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
• Consumer / FMCG
• Financial Services
• Industrials / Manufacturing
• Healthcare
• Background from a top-tier investment firm
