Role Description
The Private Jet Operations Associate supports the end-to-end execution of private jet charter flights, coordinating with aircraft operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless, timely, and high-quality service delivery for clients. The role combines real-time operations coordination, logistics management, and client servicing in a fast-paced, detail-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Flight Operations Coordination- Assist in managing charter requests from confirmation through to completion
- Coordinate with aircraft operators, crew, and ground handling teams
- Monitor flight schedules, permits, and slot allocations
- Track live operations and proactively resolve disruptions
2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination- Liaise with global operator network to confirm aircraft availability
- Coordinate fuel providers, catering, ground transport, and FBO services
- Ensure all third-party services meet agreed SLAs and quality standards
3. Client & Internal Support- Support senior operations team in delivering high-touch client experience
- Provide timely updates on flight status, changes, or disruptions
- Assist in preparing client itineraries and briefing packs
4. Performance & Process Support- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Support data tracking (on-time performance, turnaround times, service quality)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows
Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Operations.
- Skills in scheduling systems & models.
- 0–3 years of experience in Transport & Logistics role, ideally in Aviation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving mindset under time pressure
