We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Private Personal Assistant to support an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual based in Qatar.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring a trusted right-hand who can seamlessly manage personal, administrative, and lifestyle matters , while coordinating complex international travel, primarily between the USA and UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level personal, administrative, and lifestyle support

• Manage calendar, appointments, and correspondence across multiple time zones

• Coordinate complex international travel and detailed itineraries

• Act as a gatekeeper for all communications and scheduling

• Liaise with household staff, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Organize private events, meetings, and social engagements

• Handle personal errands, including shopping and gifting

• Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail at all times

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives

• Background in private PA, executive support, concierge, or household management

• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)

• Highly organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented

• Strong communication skills with a high level of discretion

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-demand environments

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office and digital tools)

• Valid passport with ability to travel to the USA & UK
