Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Process Engineer specialized in injection molding to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining injection molding processes to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in process development, troubleshooting, and supporting production to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, optimize, and monitor injection molding processes to ensure stable and efficient production
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain process parameters, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize waste
• Support new product introduction (NPI), including trials, validation, and process qualification

Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth operations

• Analyze production data and recommend improvements based on performance metrics
• Ensure proper machine settings, material usage, and process consistency
• Participate in mold trials, sampling, and process validation activities
• Train operators and technicians on process standards and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 3–5+ years of experience in injection molding process engineering
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materials
• Hands-on experience with process setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with scientific molding is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Basic understanding of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
