Position : Process & Operations Consultant

Location: Dubai

Role Type: Freelance / Short-Term Consultancy Engagement

Role Overview

This is a hands-on consulting role for an experienced Process & Operations Consultant who can embed within the business for a defined period. You will work closely with leadership and functional teams to understand how the business operates today, document clear and practical processes, and design a structured operating framework that supports long-term scalability.

This is not a theoretical or advisory-only role it requires close engagement with day-to-day operations and teams.

Key Objectives

  • Establish a clear, documented view of current operations
  • Build consistent and structured processes across all functions
  • Define roles, responsibilities, ownership, and handovers
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, overlaps, and dependencies
  • Leave the business with a practical, scalable process framework

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed with leadership and functional teams to understand end-to-end operations
  • Map current-state workflows across core functions, including:
  • Recruitment & talent sourcing
  • Freelance and full-time placement operations
  • Client delivery and project execution
  • Operations, finance, invoicing, and compliance
  • Develop clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each role and function
  • Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and handover points
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks
  • Recommend realistic, scalable process improvements aligned with the business model
  • Ensure strong alignment between recruitment, operations, and client delivery
  • Deliver a clear, well-documented process framework that can be maintained internally

Required Experience & Profile

  • Proven experience as a Process Consultant, Operations Consultant, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and document processes from the ground up
  • Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, agencies, events, or other project-driven environments is strongly preferred
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable simplifying complex operations
  • Confident working closely with teams at all levels
  • Practical, commercial mindset focused on what works in real-world operations
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
