- Processing activities as per banks laid down policies and procedure.
- Multitask expertise to handle Units various centralized activities.
Job Description:
Work Management
- Area of Assignment Processing Developer payments, maintaining tracker, OA payments, Credit Allocation,
- Receive payment requests initiated through TAS match with eligibility, as per RERA guidelines, update tracker.
- Review daily statement of Account for Developers, follow-up get the Credit allocation and update in internal tracker.
- Payment requests through Hybrid solution for OA payments, check the budget approvals under item activity, process for payment approval.
- Prepare monthly regulatory reporting for RERA.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- Developer, OA payments as per agreed volume 100%
- Credit allocation in Escrow / OA accounts update within 2 days
- Daily update of tracker for all payments Developer / OA
Any other depending on the job assigned.
- Complete knowledge on bank's policy, procedure to handle the centralized branch operational activities, with multitask ability to handle all the job in the Unit.
- The jobholder is required to update her/his knowledge on changing policies and procedure to support branch queries and clarifications.
- Will be involved in various process upgrades as member in the UAT and hence it is required to have good understanding on the bank's system and product.
- Most of the interactions are with TBG unite and developer to support their day to day requirement of Rera payment.
- Error rate and re-work ratio
- Number of tasks handled and completed.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in banking is preferred.
- Written and spoken English Arabic preferable.
- Formal training in banking would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of English. Arabic.
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Investigative and analytical mind.
- Good report writing skills.
