Job Description:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms
  • Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies
  • Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations/warehouse to avoid shortages
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Prepare comparative price analyses and procurement reports
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment follow-up
  • Identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvement
  • Facilities & Operations Administrator responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repairs, and modifications across offices, showrooms, and factory, general infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 1-2 Years Experience needed
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle is a plus)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
