Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms
Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies
Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations/warehouse to avoid shortages
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
Prepare comparative price analyses and procurement reports
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation
Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment follow-up
Identify opportunities for cost saving and process improvement
Facilities & Operations Administrator responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repairs, and modifications across offices, showrooms, and factory, general infrastructure.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
1-2 Years Experience needed
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
