Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, handling purchase orders, managing requests for quotations (RFQs), and maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills to optimize procurement processes and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

• Handle technical specifications, BOMs, and engineering drawings
• tracking procurement processes: RFQs, bid analysis, vendor selection, and PO issuance.
• follow sourcing, vendor evaluation, RFQs, and contract negotiation
• Dealing with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical powe , mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and handling Purchase Orders with 2-3 years experience
• Proficient in managing Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi
• Experience in the industrial services sector is a plus
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing, import/export procedures, and logistics.
