Join our Global Supply Chain team as a Procurement Engineer and help drive supplier excellence, business continuity, and procurement strategy within our Engineering-to-Order (ETO) organization. You'll play a key role in developing strategic supplier partnerships, optimizing procurement performance, and contributing to innovative, sustainable supply chain solutions.

What will you do

  • Manage supplier relationships and act as the main point of contact for your assigned supplier portfolio
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to implement procurement strategies and annual operational plans
  • Drive supplier development initiatives to improve competitiveness, quality, and business continuity
  • Negotiate framework agreements and support cost optimization initiatives
  • Monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and mitigate supply risks
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier readiness and support key customer projects
  • Contribute to productivity initiatives and continuous improvement across procurement processes

What qualifications will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • A degree or certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital technologies is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
