MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

  • Smart energy meters
  • Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
  • LV & MV instrument transformers
  • LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
  • Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
  • FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead procurement strategies for engineering, technical, and project-specific materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Manage vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and relevant industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to procurement officers and representatives.
  • Coordinate closely with project and planning engineering teams to fulfill material requirements within project timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen and diversify the supply base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 510 years of experience in Procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for engineering and technical materials.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, vendor evaluation, and supplier performance management.
  • Capable of leading cost analysis, budgeting, and procurement planning.
  • Familiar with industry standards, procurement regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve supplier or delivery issues proactively.
  • CIPS, CISCP, PMP, or equivalent.
