About the position:
Galadari Energy Solutions (GES), a leading provider of energy solutions in the UAE, is seeking a talented Procurement Executive to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services and supporting key business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate and procure materials, products and services in line with company requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including sales, spare parts teams and senior management
- Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with contracts and manage procurement records
- Support cost optimization initiatives and provide procurement insights to management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented
- UAE driving license is essential
