A leading company operating in the Food & Beverage sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, managing a chain of restaurants and food production lines, is seeking to recruit a Procurement Manager to lead and optimize the
purchasing function and support operational efficiency and expansion plans.
Role Objective:
To oversee all procurement activities, ensure cost-effective sourcing, maintain supply continuity, and build strong supplier partnerships that support quality standards and profitability in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes.
- Ensure timely procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing trends, and market conditions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Cost Control teams to align purchasing with budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for senior management.
- Lead and develop the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the restaurant or Food & Beverage manufacturing sector.
- Experience managing procurement in a multi-branch operational environment.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
