Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for vehicles, spare parts, maintenance services, and fleet-related requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure cost control, budgeting, and procurement optimization.
- Coordinate with fleet, operations, and finance teams to meet company requirements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks in the automotive sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager within the car rental or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, fleet management, and supplier networks.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical and cost management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling fleet procurement and maintenance contracts.
- Familiarity with local and international automotive suppliers.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP) are a plus.
