Senior Accountant - FMCG industry

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for supervising and managing accounting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and coordinating audits. Additional responsibilities include overseeing tax submissions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, assisting with budget preparation, and contributing to cost management strategies. This role is critical to maintaining robust financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making within the FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements
• Experience in tax planning, compliance, and submissions
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow management, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of financial systems, processes, and auditing practices
• Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• FMCG industry experience and familiarity with its financial operations and challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
